Mango-Lime Salsa

Ingredients:

2 medium mangos -- peeled, pitted, diced
1 medium red onion -- diced
1/2 medium red bell pepper -- seeded, diced
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 medium jalapeno -- minced
1 tablespoon cumin seeds -- roasted and ground
3 tablespoons cilantro -- fresh, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Salsa will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
