Homemade Salsa - 2

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers -- (or to taste)
1 medium chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 medium fresh limes -- juice of
6 medium fresh tomatoes with skins
6 medium chopped tomatillos
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

For a chunky-type salsa: finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro, tomatillos and jalapeno peppers. You may want to remove seeds from peppers. Mix and add tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well until the tomatoes are liquefied but lumpy. For smoother salsa: put all ingredients into a blender
