keilbasa soup

Ingredients:

24 ounces keilbasa
8 medium potatos
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup diced carrots
1 can tomato paste
2/3 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon crushed thyme
3 cans navy beans
1/2 small diced onion
2 cups ditalini noodles
 

Preparation:

1. Saute keilbasa with onions till slightly brown.

2. Boil carrots and potatos till almost done drain.

3. Boil noodles till they are a little firm drain.

4. Add everything together and simmer for 5 minutes or desired potato and noodle firmness.
