Preparation:
Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar
and shortening. Add 1/2 cup chunky-style
peanut butter. Mix in 2 eggs, one at a time.
Mix and sift 2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon
salt. Add 1 tablespoon baking powder. Add
all of the dry ingredients to the cream
mixture. Add 1 cup crushed peanut brittle.
Roll into small balls and place on greased
cookie sheet. Flatten balls with fork. Bake
15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
