Preparation:
Melt oleo in large pan, add veggies and spices, place M.S. patties over veggies, cover, heat over medium heat, turn patties once, until you can easily break the patties up into "hamburger" consistency. Stir in tomato paste, then tomato juice, stir well, bring to good simmer and turn heat down to low simmer. Cook 3 hours. Serve over any kind of pasta, sprinkle with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese. |
