Pancakes

Ingredients:

3 large eggs
1/3 cup protein powder
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoons oil
10 drops liquid sodium saccharine or stevia to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
 

Preparation:

For really fluffy pancakes, beat whites till stiff, mix other ingredients separately, then fold in. For lazy days, just mix. Cook on med. heat in pan sprayed with Pam.
