Preparation:
Cook ziti per instructions on box. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken
breast into large chunks and cook in skillet with olive oil at medium heat until
chicken is moist and no pink remains inside. Do not overcook chicken, as it will
also spend 20 minutes in the oven. Prepare broccoli per instructions on bag.
Place cooked chicken, broccoli, and ziti together in large pan (such as a large
lasagna pan). Sprinkle mozzarella and Romano cheese over mixture, and pour heavy
and light cream over everything. Mix together. Cover pan loosely with tinfoil to
prevent top of mixture from browning or the exposed ziti from hardening. Place
in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until cream has thickened and
is bubbly.
