Quick Pinto Bean Supper

Ingredients:

1 can pinto beans, drained well (8-ounce)
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium green onion, sliced (green ends included)
2 bunch shredded cheddar cheese
1 package Tortilla chips
 

Preparation:

1. Dump beans into microwave-safe bowl. Top with tomato, onion and cheese. Cover lightly with paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with crunched-up tortilla chips.

NOTE:To freshen stale crackers or chips, lay them between paper towels and microwave on high 30 seconds.
