Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:

4 medium Summer Squash (yellow or green)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Basil (Dried)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
 

Preparation:

Slice Squash into 1/2" slices. Mix Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Basil and Garlic well. Pour mixture over vegetables. Stir or shake to coat. Let sit in refrigerator for atleast an hour. Gril over medium heat 3-5 minutes per side.
