Ingredients:

6 medium roma (plum) tomatoes
1 small onion
1 medium jalapeno chili
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour to blend flavors.
