Coleslaw - Golden Door Spa

Ingredients:

6 ounces thinly sliced green cabbage
1 1/2 ounces thinly sliced red cabbage
1/2 medium carrot -- grated
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation:

Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
