Serves:	16 large or 32 small bars

A delicious cream cheese nut bar.

Ingredients:

		---Cake Base:
1	package	butter recipe cake mix
1	stick	butter or margarine
1	large	egg
1	cup	chopped nuts
		---Topping:
8	ounces	cream cheese
1	package	confectioners sugar
2	large	eggs
1	teaspoon	vanilla

Preparation:

Cake Base: Combine: cake mix with melted butter/margarine, (1) egg, and chopped nuts. Press into a 13 X 9 inch pan. Set aside. Topping: Beat together: cream cheese, sugar, (2) eggs, and vanilla Pour topping over cake base. Bake at 300 deg. F. for 40-45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
