Potato biscuits

A wonderful biscuit recipe for people avoiding gluten,no one tells they are made from potatoes
 

Ingredients:

2 medium cooked mashed potatoes
2 large egg yolks
8 tablespoon rice flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 stick margarine
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients until workable ,add more cornstarch if necessary. Open dough,cut biscuits and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
