Dumpling Soup

A hardy Germen stick to the rib kind of soup
 

Ingredients:

5 or 6 pieces chicken bullion cubes
6 cups water
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large eggs
 

Preparation:

Put bullion cubes into water and bring to boiling. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl. Into flour mixture add eggs one at a time, and mix until mixture makes lot of little lone dumplings. Sprinkle these into boiling chicken broth. Cook 7 to 10 min. Broth will thicken with cooking. Serve. Can be reheated.
