whip-cream cheesecake

very festive/elegant great for special occasion.
 

Ingredients:

3 packages Plain Lady Fingers
24 ounces Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Pint Heavy Cream
 

Preparation:

1. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla 2. Beat cream fairly stiff in separate bowl. 3. Fold all ingredients together. 4. Line a large springform pan with ladyfingers - place 1/2 of cream mixture in pan. Put a second layer of lady fingers - then smooth on remaining mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs Slice and serve plain or w/fruit.... Freezes Well. In hot weather I chill the bow before whipping the cream. Enjoy!!!
