Sweet and Sour Carrots

Ingredients:

8 medium carrots cut into 3x1/2 inch strips
2 Tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
 

Preparation:

Cook carrots in just enough salted water to cover. When tender, drain well. Cook only until tender, not mushy. Combine carrots with remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until carrots are transparent. These aren't honey-glazed, but they are a TNT recipe that I make often.
