Stuffed Onions

Ingredients:

4 medium yellow onion
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
 

Preparation:

peel onions parboil in boiling salted water for 20 minutes, drain well pare core from onions and remove with a fork spoon sausage into onions place into a buttered casserole bake @ 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until well done drain on paper towels serve hot
