Siamese Carrots

Ingredients:

8 cups carrot
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 cup finely minced fruit
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 

Preparation:

steam or simmer carrots until just tender, drain well heat butter in a skillet, over a medium flame add chutney and ginger-mix well add carrots, heat and stir until carrots are well glazed remove from heat to a serving dish serve hot
