Preparation:
After doing all of your chopping, boil the water and add the pasta. In
a skillet,
heat up the 1/4 cup olive oil and butter. Add the garlic. Saut for
about 1-2 minutes...
before browing...Then add in your prosciutto, red crushed pepper
flakes. Saut for
another 2 minutes, until the prosciutto is just beginning to brown. Add
in the sun dried
tomatoes and basil and saut for 1-2 minutes. Once pasta is drained,
toss in the sauce
serve. Add freshly shaved cheese to taste! |
