Mushrooms A La Daum

Ingredients:

2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 cup Minced onions
1 cup Julienned danish ham -- And/or tongue
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Brown sauce
1 medium Toast or prepared artichoke -- Bottoms
1 bunch Fresh parsley
 

Preparation:

This recipe requires brown sauce. 1. In mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, ham and/or tongue and seasonings. 2. Melt butter in skillet and saute the mushroom mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are soft. Stirring in the Brown Sauce, heat for one more minute. 3. Serve over toast or prepared artichoke bottoms. Garnish with parsley.
