Preparation:
Pierce potatoes several times with a fork; place on a baking sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tender; cool slightly. Peel
potatoes, and mash with a potato masher. Stir in butter and next 5
ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake,
covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with pecans, and

10 more minutes.
