Honey Mustard Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower
1 cup baby carrots or large carrots -- cut into small pieces
1 cup broccoli florets
1 can water chestnuts
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
 

Preparation:

Frozen vegetables can also be used. Add 1 inch water to saucepan. Bring to boil. Fill steamer basket with vegetables and steam until tender. In large skillet, melt butter, honey and mustard until blended. Add vegetables and chestnuts. Stir until vegetables are coated then sprinkle with parsley.
