Green Onion Noodles

Ingredients:

3/4 pound fresh chinese noodles
3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup scallions
 

Preparation:

simmer noodles in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain well place noodles into a large bowl combine oil, vinegar, and soy sauce-mix well pour over noodles-toss to mix well season with white pepper add sliced scallions-toss to mix well serve at room temperature
