Preparation:
Combine water, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a Dutch oven; bring
to a boil. Add carrots; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Add
green
pepper, onion, yellow squash, and zucchini; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir
in mushrooms; cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Drain.
Place vegetables in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; sprinkle
with cheese. Broil just until cheese melts. |
