Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons vermont maple syrup
2 cups mcintosh applesauce
1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Pour the cream into a medium sized bowl. Add the maple syrup and beat until stiff. Fold in the applesauce. Divide into individual serving bowls and dust tops with cinnamon.
