Preparation:
Cut zucchini in half legthwise, then cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Cook and stir zucchini in salad dressing in large skillet just until tender crisp. Stir in mustard; heat through.
*Do not use lowfat or fat free dressing
For variety, subatitute 2 cups of your favorite fresh vegetable of mix vegetables together for the zucchini. |
