Sesame Green Beans and Peppers

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh green beans
1 medium red bell pepper -- red or yellow maybe sub, cut in 1/4 inch strips
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
 

Preparation:

Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
