4 medium skinless boneless chicken br
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation:

place each breast between sheets of moistened plastic wrap carefully pound very thin, without tearing combine remaining ingredients-mix well add chicken and turn to coat well cover and chill for 4-48 hours remove from marinade, drain grill or broil for 5-10 minutes per side, basting often serve hot, with rice
