Sesame Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

2 cups mayonnaise -- divided
2 teaspoons dry minced onion
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup crushed round buttery crackers
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 pounds skinned and boned chicken breasts -- cut in 1/4 inch strips
2 tablespoons honey
 

Preparation:

Stir together 1 cup mayonnaise, onion and dry mustard. Combine crushed crackers and seeds. Dip chicken into mayonnaise mixture and dredge in cracker mix. Repeat procedure once. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Stir together remaining 1 cup mayonnaise and honey. Serve with chicken.
