Preparation:
Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Add broth and hominy to saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Add salsa and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To serve, ladle into bowls. Top with cabbage and radishes.
