Preparation:
slice each breast into 8 strips combine all ingredients (except skewers)-toss to mix well cover and chill for 4-48 hours thread chicken and pepper strips onto skewers grill or broil for 2-4 minutes per side, to desired doneness arrange onto a serving platter serve hot or at room temperature |
