Preparation:
Combine evaporated milk and worcestershire sauce-mix well add chicken, cover, and chill for 4-24 hours remove chicken from marinade, drain well, and pat dry combine flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper-mix well dredge chicken in flour mixture, shake off excess heat oil to 370 degrees add chicken and fry for 15-20 minutes, until well browned and done, turning often drain well on paper towels cover and chill serve slightly chilled or at room temperature |
