Preparation:
Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet, brown chicken strips. In a small bowl whisk together, water, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger root, lemon rind and cornstarch.Add this to chicken in skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until the mixture is bubbly. Stir in Equal Spoonful and fold in red pepper strips before serving. |
