MARINATE CHICKEN STRIPS WITH 1 TSP JERK SEASONING, GARLIC, AND SCALLIONS.
HEAT
WOK OR SKILLET TO MEDIUM HEAT, SPRAY WTTH COOKING SPRAY, REMOVE CHICKEN FROM
MARINADE, AND SAUTE. REMOVE AND THEN ADD HONEY, CARMELIZE AND ADD REMAINDER
OF
MARINADE AND JERK SEASONING. STIR AND ALLOW TO SIZZLE. REPLACE CHICKEN
STRIPS
AND ALLOW TO SIMMER FOR 3 MINS. SERVE IMMEDIATELY. |
