Preparation:
combine walnuts (reserving a few as garnish), lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, wine, garlic, scallions, chicken broth, and dry mustard in a food processor process until smooth and well blended combine yogurt with 3 cups walnut mixture-mix well coat both sides of chicken breasts with yogurt mixture cover and chill for 4-48 hours grill or broil for 10 minutes per side, until juices run clear when pierced with a fork serve hot, with the remaining yogurt mixture and hot cooked rice to the side |
