Easy Chicken Saute

Ingredients:

2 whole chicken breasts without skin -- split
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra light
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms -- thinly sliced
1 medium Onion -- thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

About 30 minutes before serving; In medium skillet over med. heat, in oil, brown chicken well. Add remaining ingredients; cover; cook over low heat, turning chicken occasionally til tender.
