Preparation:
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter; roll In mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Place skin side up in ungreased baking dish. Bake at 375F for 50 to 60 min- utes. Add wine, green onion and parsley to remaining butter. Pour over tender chicken; bake 5 minutes longer. Serve with sauce. |
