Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a heavy large baking sheet. Combine cornmeal, breadcrumbs, cheese, thyme, salt and pepper in large shallow bowl. Dip chicken into buttermilk then into breadcrumb mixture, coating completely. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle chicken with butter. Bake chicken until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
