Preparation:
Melt 1/4 cup shortening in a skillet. Add the onions. Saute for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove the onions and set aside.
Melt the remaing 1/4 cup of shortening in the same skillet. Saute the livers in it for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grind the onions, livers and egg yolks in a food processor.
Add the salt and pepper and mix together. Chill. |
