Preparation:
In 2 quart oblong baking dish, combine soup and milk. Arrange chicken in soup mixture, turning to coat. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine. Pat mixture on top of each chicken piece. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir sauce; spoon over chicken. Garnish with parsley, if desired. |
