Preparation:
Heat a large frying pan or wok and add the oil. saute the chicken pieces over high heat, as you stir. when browned, remove chicken from pan, drain oil and discard oil. saute garlic and shallots in pan for 1 minute. add the wine and the chicken. cover and simmer until the chicken is tender, about 10 minutes. increase heat to high. add leeks. toss and cook for a moment, then salt and pepper. cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. add mustard and cream. toss and serve. |
