Chicken Italiano

Ingredients:

3 pounds frying chicken -- skinned and cut up
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
15 1/2 ounces jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
 

Preparation:

Arrange chicken so the pieces do not overlap in a large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or til fork tender, basting occasionally.
