Chicken In Lemon Grass Saute

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon oil
2 pieces lemon grass heart
1 teaspoon minced red chili peppers
2 teaspoons seasoning sauce
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 medium scallions
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
 

Preparation:

1. heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. 2. add lemon grass hearts, minced red chili pepper and seasoning sauce. saute for three minutes. 3. add chicken and saute for about 5 minutes. 4. add scallions and saute for 1 minute. 5. add lime juice, honey and cilantro. 6. toss until all mixed togethe well. 7. serve over noodles.
