Chicken In A Skillet

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium chicken -- 2 1/2 to 3lb cut into serving pieces
1 can whole peeled tomatoes -- 14 1/2oz,undrained and chopped
1 package lipton onion recipe soup mix
1/3 cup water
 

Preparation:

In large skillet heat oil and brown chicken over medium high heat; drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, then onion recipe soup mix blended with water. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve.
