Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Mix garlic powder and all but 1 teaspoon taco seasoning in small bowl; toss garlic-taco mixture with cubed chicken. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray; cook chicken until browned. Add bell pepper and tomatoes; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Toss pasta with remaining taco seasoning. Place on large serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, sour cream and chopped green onions. Makes 4 to 5 servings |
