Preparation:
Combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry or broth, and pepper; marinate 1/2 hour. Heat oil in wok or large skillet; stir fry chicken and onions for 5 mintes. Add celery, broccoli , or pea pods, bean sprouts, and ginger; stir fry for 10 minutes. Add broth; cover, heat 2 minutes. Serve over rice. |
