Preparation:
For glaze, combine orange juice concentrate, Soy Sauce, honey, Five Spice Powder and Garlic Powder in small mixing bowl; set aside. If desired, remove skin from chicken pieces. Sprinkle each piece with Watkins Seasoning Salt. Place chicken on grill bone side up over medium coals; grill 20 minutes. Turn chicken and grill 15 to 25 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing occasionally with the orange glaze the last 10 minutes of grilling time. Bring any remaining glaze to a boil and serve with chicken. If desired, garnish with orange slices. Makes 6 servings. |
