Preparation:
Heat grill. In small bowl, combine butter and 1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning; set aside. In small saucepan, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, remaining Chicken Seasoning, Lemon Pepper and orange juice; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in oranges. Cover and keep warm. When ready to barbecue, place chicken breasts on grill about 4 to 6 inches from heat. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once and brushing frequently with the butter mixture. Serve with warm orange sauce. Makes 4 servings. |
