Grilled Chicken Breasts with Mandarin Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
2 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Chicken Seasoning -- divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon Watkins Lemon Pepper
1 cup orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges -- 11oz,drained
4 medium skinless boneless chicken breast halves
 

Preparation:

Heat grill. In small bowl, combine butter and 1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning; set aside. In small saucepan, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, remaining Chicken Seasoning, Lemon Pepper and orange juice; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in oranges. Cover and keep warm. When ready to barbecue, place chicken breasts on grill about 4 to 6 inches from heat. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once and brushing frequently with the butter mixture. Serve with warm orange sauce. Makes 4 servings.
