Crunchy Chicken and Pear Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups firm pears -- chopped
3/4 cup red onion -- sliced
3/4 cup celery -- chopped
3/4 cup mushrooms -- chopped
1/2 cup green onions -- chopped
2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
1 recipe Lemon-Mayonnaise Dressing
1 bunches Lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Prepare Lemon-Mayonnaise Dressing in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves.
