Preparation:
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Cut chicken into bite size strips. In small bowl, combine chicken broth and soy sauce; set aside.
In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook and stir broccoli and garlic in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Remove from pan; keep warm.
In same skillet, cook and stir chicken strips for 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Stir in broth mixture. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Stir in mustard. Return broccoli to pan; heat through. |
